Donna Webb is the Registered Care Manager at Collinson Cares (2021) Ltd, bringing over 25 years of experience in the care sector.
With a strong clinical and leadership background, Donna has extensive experience supporting individuals with palliative care needs, neurological conditions, dementia, and Alzheimer’s disease. She is passionate about delivering person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, and choice at every stage of a person’s journey.
Donna works closely with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies to ensure each individual receives the highest standard of care. She also has significant experience in supporting clients and families to access funding, helping to navigate what can often be a complex process.
As a qualified Train the Trainer, Donna delivers and oversees staff training in key areas including:
- Medication administration
- Manual handling
- First aid
Her hands-on approach, combined with her commitment to high standards, ensures that both staff and service users are supported safely and effectively.
